153.09 SECURITY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT.
   Any business organization or individual required to pay a fee for use of the building shall also be required to post a refundable security deposit in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). This deposit shall be applied to defray the cost of any damages or failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations as established by the Community Center Coordinator. The security deposit shall be refunded after inspection of the building and within seven days after the scheduled event, provided that no damages or extra expenses were incurred.
