153.08 CUSTODIAL HELP.

Subject to the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission of the City, the Mayor is hereby authorized to hire such part-time custodial help as needed to provide for the opening and closing of the Community Center Building and to be available for routine clean-up during and after events. All custodial help hired under this section shall be compensated at a rate to be determined from time to time by Council.
