153.05 AUTHORIZATION.

   Proper authorization shall be obtained from the Office of the Community Center Coordinator, pending payment of all required fees and compliance with all rules and regulations as established. However, no minors shall be permitted in the Community Center Building unless the Community Center Coordinator or the Community Center Custodian are present during the entire time that such minor or minors are in the facility unless the Community Center Coordinator determines that their presence is not necessary.
