153.04 AVAILABILITY.

   The Community Center Building shall be available on a first come first serve basis to any qualified organization or individual, except that the Tri-City Consortium shall use the Community Center every Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for senior events and lunch. The Highland Heights 50 Plus Social Club shall be permitted to use, the Community Center Building on the first and third Tuesday of each month from noon until 5:00 p.m. for lunch and events, unless the center is being used on an election day. Business use and civic and community groups using the Community Center Building for regularly scheduled periodic meetings shall schedule such meetings only Monday through Thursday.
