151.19  JOB OUT-PLACEMENT.
   Whenever an employee has received notification of a lay-off pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service Commission, such employee, during the remainder of his employment with the City, shall be permitted such reasonable and necessary paid absences from work as are approved by that employee's department head and the Mayor in order to seek other employment.  (Ord. 20-2021.  Passed 6-22-21.)
