151.14 LONGEVITY PAY.
(a) All full-time employees shall receive longevity payments for continuous full-time employment with the City in accordance with the following schedule:

(b) The longevity amount shall be divided by 2080 hours and paid hourly in the employee's bi-weekly pay as to the number of hours of pay due to the employee.
