151.13 PERSONAL LEAVE.
   (a)    All full-time employees shall, in addition to all other leave benefits, be granted two (2) personal leave days per year which is not to be deducted from accumulated sick leave.
   (b)    In addition, all full-time employees shall be granted up to four (4) personal sick leave days a year which are to be deducted from the employee's accumulated but unused sick leave time.
   (c)    The personal day and personal sick leave days authorized herein shall only be taken with the advance approval of that employee's department head, or the Mayor in the case of an employee who is a department head.
   (d)    The unused personal leave days (not deducted from sick leave) may be added to the employee's sick leave accumulation at the conclusion of the calendar year in the amount of sixteen (16) hours. (Ord. 33-2022. Passed 7-26-22.)
