151.081 FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE.
   The FMLA entitles employees to be eligible for unpaid, job-protected leave in a twelve (12) month period for specified family and medical reasons, or for any "qualifying exigency". Further employee's rights to benefits and return to work with the City after FLMA leave will be in accordance with other state and federal law. The Employer may require the employee to utilize and substitute accrued paid time off (vacation, holiday, sick leave, injury leave, or compensatory time) which shall run concurrently with FMLA leave and which shall count towards all FMLA leave entitlements.
