151.01 APPLICABILITY.

Except as herein otherwise provided the provisions of this Chapter shall apply to those employees of the City not included in a collective bargaining agreement pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4117. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to seasonal employees.
