145.06 POWERS OF COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN.

The Chairman of the Highland Heights Home Days Committee shall exercise the following powers:

(a) To call all meetings of the Committee and to circulate written actions among the members of the Committee for their approval.

(b) To appoint such subcommittees as he may desire for such specific purposes as he may deem appropriate.

(c) To preside over all meetings of the Committee.

(d) To exercise general supervisory authority over the functions of all sub-committees during the intervals between meetings of the Committee.
