143.07 PHOTOGRAPH AND FINGERPRINTS TO BE TAKEN; USE.

(a) The Boxing Commission shall cause a photograph with identification and the fingerprints of any person signing the application for a license under Sections 143.06 or 143.11 to be taken in duplicate. One copy of each such photograph shall be filed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and one copy of each shall be filed with the Commission.

(b) No fingerprints shall be inspected by any person other than a peace officer, except on order of a Judge or Justice of a Court of record. The information obtained by any such fingerprint examination shall be for the use of the Commission in deciding to grant or withhold a license.
