141.05 FUNDS.

The Commission on Aging a.k.a. Highland Heights Seniors shall have appropriated such funds for its operation as shall be determined from time-to-time by Council, such funds to be used for the benefit of the City's senior citizens in accordance with applicable provisions of Ohio law concerning such expenditures.
