141.04 MEETINGS.

The Commission on Aging a.k.a. Highland Heights Seniors shall select meeting dates which are agreeable to a majority of the members of the Commission. The Commission shall meet no less than six times per year with additional meetings as required. A quorum of four members shall be present to conduct the business of any meeting.
