123.07 STREET TREE FUND.

   (a)    The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to create a separate fund for the City to be known as the Street Tree Fund.

   (b)    All fees received by the City for furnishing and planting of trees, pursuant to Section 1311.23 of the Codified Ordinances, shall be deposited into the Fund created by subsection (a) hereof, and shall be expended for the furnishing and planting of trees, as provided in such section, and for such other purposes as may be provided by Council.

   (c)    The Director of Finance shall keep an accurate accounting of all money deposited in the Street Tree Fund in relation to each lot for which it was received and report to Council, from time to time as requested, as to the status of the Fund.
