1519.06 FORFEITURE AND DISPOSAL.

Fireworks manufactured, sold, possessed, transported or used in violation of this chapter shall be forfeited by the violator. The Municipal Fire Safety Inspector or the Police Department shall dispose of seized fireworks pursuant to the procedures specified in Highland Heights Codified Ordinances, Chapter 131, Police Department, Section 131.09, Disposition of Property Held by The Police Department.
