131.09 DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY HELD BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Any property that has been lost, abandoned, stolen, lawfully seized or forfeited and which is in the custody of the Police Department, shall be safely kept pending the time it is no longer needed as evidence and shall thereafter be disposed of pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
