933.23 AMENDMENT ORDINANCE.

Any telecommunications or Utility rights-of-way Permit granted under this Chapter may be amended only in accordance with Section 933.20 of the permit form presented under Section 933.02 of this Chapter and only in writing and by Ordinance enacted by the Council for the Municipality.
