933.20 AMENDMENT TO PERMIT.

   At any time during the term of this Permit, the Council, the Mayor or the Permittee may propose amendments to this Permit by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other of the proposed amendment(s) desired, and both parties thereafter, through their designated representatives, will within a reasonable time, negotiate in good faith in an effort to agree on mutually satisfactory amendment(s). Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as limiting the parties’ ability to agree to amend this Permit, as provided for herein. This Permit may only be amended in writing, and approved by formal action of the City Council.
