925.01 INSTALLATION.

   In providing cable television service to all residential dwellings within the Municipality constructed following the effective date of this section, and in all residential dwellings where construction commenced prior to the effective date of this section where compliance with this section would not create a substantial hardship for the builder or developer, all cable television connections to such residential dwellings shall be attached to the ground wire required under Section 1305.04 (RDH 1521.15(b)(6)) of the Codified Ordinances.
