913.15 INJUNCTION AUTHORIZED TO FORCE COMPLIANCE.

The Director of Law is hereby authorized and directed to bring suit in the name of the Municipality for a mandatory injunction or other relief to compel owners who are granted a building permit to comply with Section 913.12, or any order made pursuant thereto and to compel owners who are notified by the Service Director to comply with Section 913.12 or any order made pursuant thereto.
