913.11 NOTICE OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

   The Service Director is hereby authorized and directed to inspect, from time to time, the private driveway extensions over roadside ditches. If he finds, upon the advise of the Building Commissioner, that such an extension is not constructed as specified in Section 913.12, then he shall give written notice to the owner of the property to which such extension leads, notifying him of such improper construction. Such owner shall, within thirty days thereafter, either restore such roadside ditch to its original condition before such driveway extension was constructed, or reconstruct such driveway extension in the manner specified in Section 913.12.
