905.02 CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO PERMIT ISSUANCE.

   The Building Commissioner shall issue a permit to applicants who comply with the following conditions:

   (a)    File a written signed application which specifies the location and size of the opening or excavation, the reason therefor, the time frame and schedule of the work planned and, time within which it will be restored and repaired, the name and address of the applicant, and the name and address of the person, firm or corporation that does the work;

   (b)   All contractors must be registered with the Building Department in accordance with Chapter 1313;

   (c)   A completed application must meet the approval of and be signed by the City Engineer or the Service Director or their designee prior to issuance of a permit;

   (d)    Pay the fee(s) and post the cash bond and deposit(s) required by Section 1311.14.
