727.10 COMPLIANCE .

All gasoline and oil filling stations presently operating within the boundaries of the City shall comply with the requirements of Sections 727.02 through 727.10 within sixty days of their effective date. All new stations that open within the City after the effective date of such sections shall immediately comply with the requirements thereof.
