The Village Engineer shall be responsible, when necessary and required, and shall perform all duties requested or required by the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 145.01(c) and the provisions of Ohio R.C. 713.01 et seq. The Village Engineer shall consult with the Mayor and other department heads, and assist Council on legislative matters relating to infrastructure, Building Code compliance and construction practices or standards when necessary. The Village Engineer shall further perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Mayor from time to time. (Ord. 1993-35. Passed 11-10-93.)
