(a) A Planning Commission for the Village of Highland Hills is hereby established.
(b) The Commission shall be composed of such members as provided under Section 1141.03 of the Zoning Code.
(c) The Commission shall have all the powers and duties provided for in O.R.C. Chapter 713. The members of the Commission shall be subject to all the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, including any subsequent amendments thereto.
