(a) There is hereby created the position of Purchasing Clerk who shall be subservient to the Clerk of Council and whose duties shall include but not be limited to assisting the Clerk of Council with regard to the purchasing of any goods or materials on behalf of any department in the Village and the Purchasing Clerk shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be directed by the Mayor and Clerk of Council.
(b) There is hereby created the position of Payroll Clerk who shall be appointed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 175.04 and the Clerk of Council and whose duties shall include but not be limited to assisting the Clerk of Council in the responsibilities pertaining to salaries and payroll for all employees of the Village, whether full, part-time or volunteer, any elected or appointed officials, any person or entity providing services pursuant to contract and any and all such related payroll matters.
(c) The salary for the Purchasing Clerk and Payroll Clerk shall be established by Council in a separate ordinance. (Ord. 1993-34. Passed 11-10-93.)
