All appointments of employees below the level of members of boards of commissions, department heads or assistants to the Mayor shall be recommended for appointment by the Department head in writing to the Mayor and finally approved in writing by the Mayor. A copy of said recommendation and final approval of the Mayor shall be placed in each employee's personnel file. (Ord. 2021-17. Passed 5-12-21.)
