1335.01 RENTALS; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No owner, operator or agent shall rent, lease or offer for rental or lease any dwelling unit, dwelling structure or any part thereof which does not hold a Certificate of Occupancy or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. All rentals must comply with Section 1335.29 prior to any

occupancy or continued occupancy. (Ord. 2010-20. Passed 4-14-10.)
