1321.05 POSTING OF CERTIFICATE.

The owner, agent or person in charge of every rental dwelling structure shall cause to be posted conspicuously at all times at the main entrance of such structure the Certificate of Occupancy hereinbefore required. Such Certificate of Occupancy shall be provided with a protective covering and shall be securely affixed to the wall.
