The following building features may project into required yards but shall not project more than as set forth in the following schedule:

(b) Entrance features including platform, landing, steps, terrace or other features not extending above the first floor level of the building; also including an entrance hood or open but roofed porch. | 5 feet |
(c) Front main entrance feature: a portico or similar front projection having a maximum height of 18 feet. | |
