709.15 OPERATION OF PRIVATE SECURITY SERVICES.
   A person may be licensed as a private security service if he or she:
   (a)   Submits evidence of comprehensive liability insurance coverage as provided in Section 709.04;
   (b)   Keeps current records of all his or her employees, exclusive of clerical help, and all personal he or she furnishes as armed security guards (together with their addresses, Social Security numbers and current armed security guard license identification numbers), and makes such records available to any law enforcement agency;
   (c)   Keeps a current record of the handgun of each such armed security guard, including the make, description, serial number and caliber of the weapon; and
   (d)   Makes out and keeps on file written reports of all incidences involving the use of firearms by an armed security guard he or she has furnished, which reports shall be available to any law enforcement agency.
