§ 112.02 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR.
   Pursuant to KRS 241.160, the office of City Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator is hereby created and the duties required thereby are assigned to the office of the City Clerk.
