§ 91.03 POWERS OF MAYOR.
   In issuing the proclamation of emergency pursuant to § 91.02, the Mayor shall have the power to impose any or all of the following regulations or invoke any or all of the following powers necessary to preserve the peace and order of the city:
   (A)   Order the closing of all retail liquor stores dispensing whiskey, wine or malt beverages by the package;
   (B)   Order the closing of all retail liquor stores dispensing whiskey, wine or malt beverages by the drink;
   (C)   Order the closing of all taverns and bars;
   (D)   Order the closing of all restaurants;
   (E)   Order the closing of all private clubs or portions thereof wherein the consumption of intoxicating liquor and/or beer is permitted
   (F)   Order the discontinuance of the sale of whiskey, wine or malt beverages, or all thereof;
   (G)   Order the discontinuance of selling, distributing or giving away gasoline or other liquid flammable or combustible products in any container other than a gasoline tank properly affixed to a motor vehicle;
   (H)   Order the closing of gasoline stations and other establishments, the chief activity of which is the sale, distribution or dispensing of liquid flammable or combustible products;
   (I)   Order a general curfew applicable to the city as a whole or any portion thereof, and applicable during any specified or all hours of the day or night, thereby requiring all persons in such designated curfew areas to forthwith remove themselves from the public streets, alleys or other public places. However, physicians, nurses and ambulance operators performing medical services, utility personnel maintaining essential public services, firemen, police personnel, city officials and other authorized personnel may be exempted from such curfew;
   (J)   Order the closing of all or any part of any public street, thoroughfare or vehicle parking area to motor vehicles and pedestrian traffic; and
   (K)   Issue such other orders as are imminently and reasonably necessary for the protection of life and property.
