§ 71.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 71.050 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
