In addition to the civil penalties set forth in Section 923.04 , whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter and fails to abate said violations within the ten day period is guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined at least one hundred dollars ($100.00) but not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense.
