1173.12 SIGN SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.

Except as modified in Sections 1173.13 to 1173.16, on-premises signs where permitted shall be set back from the established right-of-way line in any thoroughfare at least ten feet. No off-premises sign shall be erected in front of the required setback line for the appropriate zoning district.
