(a) Section 147.12 of these Codified Ordinances is interpreted by the Council to include longevity bonuses to be paid to the elected Fiscal Officer.
(b) The Fiscal Officer is authorized to pay to himself or herself the sum of four hundred thirty-five dollars ($435.00) as a longevity bonus as provided for in Section 147.12.
