(a) Each full-time employee of the Village shall be entitled to a longevity bonus upon reaching certain periods of continuous employment with the Village, as set forth below:
Five years | $250.00 |
Ten years | 500.00 |
Fifteen years | 750.00 |
Twenty years | 1,000.00 |
Twenty-five years | 1,250.00 |
Thirty years | 1,500.00 |
Thirty-five years | 1,750.00 |
Forty years | 2,000.00 |
(b) Each part-time employee of the Village shall be entitled to a one-time longevity bonus upon reaching certain periods of continuous employment with the Village, as set forth below:
Five years | $100.00 |
Ten years | 200.00 |
Fifteen years | 300.00 |
Twenty years | 400.00 |
Twenty-five years | 500.00 |
Thirty years | 600.00 |
Thirty-five years | 700.00 |
Forty years | 800.00 |
(c) Payments made pursuant to this section shall be made at the end of each fiscal year and shall be based upon the years of service of each individual employee.
