Any person or responsible party who violates Sections 148.01 through 148.10 is subject to the penalty as provided under Chapter 4 of this Code. Nothing in Sections 148.01 through 148.11, however, is deemed to impair other remedies or civil penalties available to the City under this Code or State law.
