152.13 LOCATION OF GEOTHERMAL SYSTEMS.

Loops shall be located within the property boundaries and not encroach on any easements of record. Major geothermal systems shall not be located within 1,000 feet of a water supply well. Minor geothermal systems shall not be located within 200 feet of a water supply well.
