A. Monthly Bills: The stormwater utility fee for all parcels shall be billed monthly and be based on the number of ERUs as determined in section 9-6-9 of this chapter and the current monthly stormwater utility rate.
B. Set Fee: The stormwater utility fee for any parcel will remain constant from month to month unless one of the following changes occurs:
1. A physical modification to the parcel that changes its level of imperviousness; or
2. The stormwater utility fee rate is changed by the Village Board per the schedule of fees.
Any new fee will be assessed on all bills processed on or after the effective date of the fee or new fee unless otherwise specifically stated in the adopting ordinance.
C. Rendition Of Bills; Delinquencies: The stormwater utility fee shall be billed with the water and sewer utility bill and shall be subject to the due date, late payment penalties, final bill requirements, and delinquency provisions set forth in sections 9-4-6 and 9-4-7 of this title or any other such applicable sections or subsequent applicable amendments to those sections.
