Waste materials including rubbish, grass, weeds, twigs and like materials, lumber scrap, building material, junk or scrap metal, large automotive parts, motor oil, insecticides, herbicides, hazardous materials, ashes, other similar debris or materials not defined as "garbage" in section 9-5-1 of this chapter, or other items not accepted by the State of Illinois approved transfer stations/landfills shall not be hauled, collected or removed by the Village.
