9-5-2: RECEPTACLE REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Use Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit any garbage or recyclable material, or cause the same to be placed or deposited, upon any premises occupied by him, or permit the same to remain thereon, except in such receptacles or in such locations as are hereinafter provided, unless it is considered "bulk materials" or "white goods" as defined in section 9-5-1 of this chapter. It shall also be unlawful for any person to deposit any garbage or recyclable material or cause the same to be placed or deposited upon any other person's property unless specifically authorized to do so by that property owner or occupant of that property.
   B.   Specifications: The occupant of any premises in the Village is required to utilize containers for garbage and recyclable materials that are provided by the Village or by the garbage haulers for the Village.
   C.   Preparation For Storage: All garbage and recyclable materials shall be drained of liquids before being deposited in the containers.
   D.   Storage Of Receptacles: All garbage and recyclable material receptacles must be stored either adjacent to the primary structure or in some enclosure on the premises when not placed for collection.
   E.   Placement For Collection: All garbage and recyclable material receptacles, bulk materials and white goods shall be placed adjacent to the street running along the property line. The Village Board of Trustees shall establish the times that collections shall be made; however, no garbage or recyclable material receptacles shall be placed for collection more than forty eight (48) hours prior to the collection times established.
   F.   Removal Of Receptacles After Collection: All garbage and recyclable material receptacles must be removed from the placement for collection not more than forty eight (48) hours after collection occurs, unless arrangements are otherwise made with the Village prior to placement for collection.
