If a person or entity requires an exempted burn as listed in section 5-2-5 of this chapter that is in excess of two (2) cubic yards, or beyond the dates or times allowed for such burns pursuant to subsections 5-2-2D and 5-2-5B of this chapter, an application approved by the village must be completed and submitted to the village and permit issued by the village to such person or entity for such a burn.
