5-2-2: BURNING PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Open Burning: No person shall cause or allow open burning, except as provided for in section 5-2-5 of this chapter.
   B.   Burning In Containers: No person shall cause or allow the burning of any refuse in any chamber or apparatus, unless such chamber or apparatus is designed for the purpose of disposing of the class of refuse being burned.
   C.   Limit On Burn Quantity: No person shall burn any materials either individually or collectively that is larger than two (2) cubic yards at any given time unless a permit is issued pursuant to section 5-2-3 of this chapter.
   D.   Time: The burning authorized herein may occur only between sunrise and sunset and all shall be extinguished at sunset except for those fires allowed for pursuant to subsection 5-2-5D of this chapter or unless a permit is issued pursuant to section 5-2-3 of this chapter.
   E.   Wind Conditions: Any allowed burning may be conducted only on days when the wind will not carry smoke or other products of combustion in the direction of structures or persons of nearby properties. (Ord. 2012-47, 10-18-2012)
