ORDINANCE NO. 2024-686

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HEYBURN, UPDATINGING CITYWIDE PARKING ZONES MAP UNDER HEYBURN CODE 6-2-5.

   WHEREAS, Heyburn has provided for the designation of parking zones under Heyburn Code 6-2-5 and adopted a Parking Zones Map in Ordinance 2023-678; and

   WHEREAS, Heyburn now adopts an updated citywide Parking Zones map; now

   BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of City of Heyburn as follows:

   1.   City of Heyburn, pursuant to Heyburn Code 6-2-5, does adopt a citywide Parking Zones Map to give ongoing effect to Parking Zones as provided in code, reflect changes to parking zones in place and provide additional clarity to citizens.

   2.   The citywide Parking Zones Map dated 14 February 2024, signed by Mayor and City Clerk, be prominently displayed at City Hall, and such Parking Zones Map is adopted as the Official Parking Zones Map.

   3.   The 14 February 2024 Parking Zones Map include the certification, “City of Heyburn Parking Zones Map adopted 14 February 2024.”

   4.   This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage, approval, and publication according to law.

   PASSED and ADOPTED by the City Council of City of Heyburn, State of Idaho.
