4-1-12-4: CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS:

A liquor-by-the-drink license shall not be issued for any premises in any neighborhood that is predominantly residential or within three hundred (300) feet of any public school, church, or any other place of worship measured in a straight line to the nearest entrance to the licensed premises without the approval of the City Council.
