4-1-10: SEVERABILITY:
If any provision of this chapter is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such finding shall not affect the validity of other provisions of this chapter that can be given effect without the invalid provision. (Ord. 2020-634, 10-28-2020)
