Unless otherwise provided by law, a person or entity found to be in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 2020-634, 10-28-2020)
