A retail beer off-premises license, retail beer on-premises license, retail wine license, or wine-by-the-drink license may be transferred from one licensee to another, subject to the same requirements set forth in this chapter for the original license and subject to a fee, as set by resolution of the City Council. A bar patio or restaurant patio approval may be transferred from one licensee to another, subject to the same requirements set forth in this chapter for the original approval.
